Internal Technical Sales
Develop an appreciation of hydraulics
Writing customer technical manuals detailing operations, spares and schematics for project works.
Developing parts manuals for repeat works
Strong attention to detail.
Assist with sales of a technical nature.
Follow up with customers on the telephone to get feedback on works completed to generate sales leads
The ability to work through technical specifications from clients’, confirming design, specifying components for bill of materials, project design, costing, quoting and progression, dealing directly with the client confirming speciation’s and queries.
General sales support and working alongside our internal teams
Dealing with telephone enquiries.
Buying and order processing
Salary £18-28,000 depending on experience
Project and Site Service Co-Ordinator
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs to meet budget and ensuring invoicing is completed at agreed stages.
Manage a project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy.
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected delivery
Ensure technicians have completed any H&S paperwork, in conjunction with production and technical services managers.
Monitor progress and adjust schedules as required
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Salary £19-25,000 depending on experience
Site Technician
You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on hydraulic equipment
Trouble- shooting equipment malfunctions.
Consulting with the customer on repair and safety related issues.
Generating sales leads during service call.
Completing appropriate documentation and ensuring this paperwork is handed to Site Services Co-Ordinator
Complete all necessary reports and inspections as required.
Salary £3-35,000 depending on experience
